Our Story
A Family Business Built on Trust.
Turners Service Centre has been part of Harwich since 1990. Pete Turner founded Harwich Shoecraft on Dovercourt High Street — a shoe repair shop that quickly became a local institution. In 2013, his son Dan founded Harwich iPhone in the same premises, bringing specialist phone repair to the family business. By 2017, they'd outgrown the original shop and moved to their current home at 258 High Street.
Today, Pete and Dan continue to serve the Harwich community with the same values they started with: honest advice, fair prices, and a genuine willingness to help — whatever you need, however unusual.
